Job description:

This position is responsible for facility maintenance for FLARI

此职位负责公司设备维护工作

1) Responsible for facility related equipment and building daily maintenance in FLARI site, make sure facility and production equipment running normally

负责厂区相关设备日常维护，确保厂区生产正常运行

2) Assist facility maintenance manager to optimize current working procedure and process for the management of utility and maintenance;辅助主备维修经理，优化现有工作程序和流程，管理设备的使用和维护；

3) Assist facility maintenance manager to setup new process for the management of utility and maintenance;协助设备经理建立新的设备设施管理程序

4) Responsible for making trouble shooting working instruction document, keep to improve the maintenance and update.负责制定、修改、更新故障排除指导文件；

5) Responsible for new facility equipment planning, new facility installation and final acceptance.负责新设备计划、安装和最终验收

1. Closely cooperation with the third party maintenance team/resources;

能够与第三方维修团队良好合作

2. Optimize the facility maintenance plan, communication with supplier, organize and summary all working experience to share inside team—support to improve team’s trouble shooting skill continuously.优化设备维修计划，与供应商沟通，总结汇总工作经验与内部团队分享，支持团队提升排故技能

3. Organize temporary trouble shooting team to making CIP (Continuously Improvement Process), improve the quality of trouble shooting continuously.组织临时排故小组，提升排故质量

4. Provide high-level support services to internal customers such as production, warehouse, office and administration building of company sites. Keep the fix assets in good condition.为公司内部，如生产、库房、办公室和行政办公区等 提供高水平服务，保证设备良好的使用状态。

5. Responsible for new project facility supporting ,equipment planning, designing, together with supplier finish the installation and final acceptance.负责新项目的设备支持、设备计划、设计，与供应商一起完成安装并最终验收。

6. Closely cooperation with the different team on site in maintenance and facility management.与不同团队合作完成设备现场管理和维护工作

7. Coordinate with related resources like CADC, to solve the various issues related to facility management;协调相关资源，解决设备设施方面相关问题

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor degree with major in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical or Heating & Ventilating etc.大学本科学历，电子、自动化、机械或供暖等相关专业

2. 5 years experience in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical or Heating & Ventilating field电子、自动化、机械或供暖等相关领域5年以上工作经验

3. Self-motivated, willing to work independently and under pressure能够自我激励，可独立工作，抗压能力良好

4. Fluent English expression and writing ability流利的英语表达和写作能力

5. Working experience in foreign company is preferred有外企工作经验者优先
